Hostess Gift Ideas for the Holidays

Hi friends, I hope you’re all having a relaxing weekend! We’re officially in the holiday season and I couldn’t be more excited! Thanksgiving and Christmas are my absolute favorite holidays! While these two holidays may look a little different this year, I know many of you are still planning on attending much smaller gatherings. I also envy those of you who live in warm weather areas and will be enjoying these beautiful holidays outside! For those of you in need of some hostess gift ideas for the holidays, I have you covered!

We typically enjoy Thanksgiving at my aunt and uncle’s home every other year (and we host in the off years). Christmas Eve is always at a family member’s house, and we have friends who host annual holiday parties. So I’m always keeping an eye out for hostess gift ideas for the holidays. It’s actually one of my favorite gifts to shop for! There’s no doubt that hosting holiday dinners and gatherings is a lot of work so I love buying a little something to show my host and hostess my appreciation!

Over the years, I’ve given everything from monogrammed gifts, candles, hand towels and soap to breakfast and bread mixes, wine, cheese boards and cookbooks. For Thanksgiving, I often give items that can be enjoyed through the Christmas season. Below are some of the gifts I’ve given in the past, as well as my top picks for this year!

These are all really great ideas! I especially love the tree shaped cheese board and knife. I might need one of those for myself.

I love that cheese board too Robin! It would also make a great Yankee swap gift!
