Hi friends! I hope the month of May is off to a wonderful start for all of you! Whether you’re a mom, mom-to-be, trying to become a mom or are a fur mom, I’ll be thinking of you on Sunday. While Mother’s Day is a joyous holiday for many, I know it can also be a painful day for others. Whatever your situation, just know I’ll be thinking of you and I hope that you take time for yourself on Sunday to relax!
So many pieces caught my eye this week and it was tough to narrow down my favorites! I’m loving all of these light, flowy fabrics and the pair of slides that I found are so fun and will make a statement! Accessories are what pull the look of your home together, and I have some great ones in this week’s round-up that will bring texture and depth to your space! I’d love to know, which one is YOUR fave? White Linen Pants
While these linen pants come in black, grey and an olive green color, the white of course caught my eye. They come in both petite and regular sizes, and I think they are so cute paired with sandals or flip-flops. They are just $59 and would be such a great option for traveling. These highly-rated linen joggers are also a favorite if you prefer that style, and they come in a range of colors as well!
Tommy Bahama Off the Shoulder Cover-up
This navy off the shoulder cover-up dress with the ruffled neckline is beyond adorable! I love that it’s one that you can go from the beach to lunch in, while still looking polished. Many reviews also state that it can be worn as a casual dress in the evenings too, which is nice since this cover-up is more of a splurge.
Raffia Elspeth Leather Sandals
If you haven’t noticed by my Friday Favorites by now, I LOVE sandals! I get so excited when I find a unique pair that make a statement, and these raffia Elspeth sandals definitely fit the bill! The “party pink” color is so fun – all you need is a simple navy, black or white dress and some jewelry and you’re ready to walk out the door! If the pink is too bold, they also come in a more neutral gold color as well as blue.
Rope Photo Frame
While I do buy a lot of my photo frames at T.J. Maxx and Homegoods, I find I like them “enough,” mainly because they are inexpensive. Over time, I end up buying more frames because they don’t completely match the look of the room and I end up wasting money and throwing the other ones in a drawer. I’ve recently decided that I’d rather have a few beautiful frames that complement my home rather than a bunch of frames that I like, but don’t love.
This abaca rope photo frame I absolutely love! I first found it on Dear Keaton (comes in both a 4″x6″ and a 5″x7″), but of course I hunted around to see if I could find a better deal, and I did! The 4″x6″ is available on Amazon (Prime) for a few dollars cheaper, and comes with free shipping!
White Shell & Brass Knobs
I ordered these white shell & brass knobs when I was giving my media console a makeover (you an read about that here) and absolutely loved them but ultimately decided I wanted a little splash of color on my all white media console so went with these blue and white knobs. I’m back to looking at these white shell & brass knobs though for our new bathroom vanity that we’re installing because I love them that much and want to use them somewhere in our home!
Paulownia Wood Vase
This paulownia wood vase is a favorite of mine because of the light wood tone, and the beautiful grain that adds depth to a space. I’ve seen this exact vase on other sites selling for more, but found it on Amazon for less, with free shipping! It’s beautiful on it’s own, or with a few dried flowers tucked inside!
Striped Pajama Set
Who doesn’t love a good pair of spring pajamas? This cute short-sleeve cotton sleep set is currently 50% off at J.Crew Factory, making it under $40. Fully stocked in all sizes from XX-Small to 3X!
Lilo Embroidered Pillow Cover
I love the polished yet casual look of this 20″x36″ Lilo embroidered pillow cover. It can easily be used on a sofa, or at the very front of a stack of decorative bed pillows.
Sorren Media Cabinet
I wish I had a spot in my home that would fit this gorgeous Sorren media cabinet! It comes in this white color, as well as a natural color. Both would look beautiful in any coastal or neutral home. The cane detail is a show-stopper, and I just adore the gold pull handles!
Ceramic Cactus
I love the versatility of this light blue ceramic cactus and it can be used so many different ways to add interest and texture! Pretty on a tabletop or dresser, it would also look great placed in a white tray. You could also use these in a tablescape – place a white cloth napkin on top of a dinner plate and place the ceramic cactus on top of the napkin. I created a similar look in this tablescape that I posted on the Casually Coastal Instagram page a few months back.
Escape Coffee Table Book
Gray Malin’s “Escape” coffee table book is exactly that – an escape from reality! This book is chock-full of the most gorgeous photography that covers twenty-two destinations across eleven countries. While the cover would make a beautiful addition to any coffee table, the pages are also so much fun to flip through and it’s one of my favorite books by Gray Malin.
Frosted Glass Hurricanes
Having seen these frosted glass hurricanes in person at the store, I can say that they look stunning as part of a summer tablescape. Inspired by sea glass, they come in both a small and a large size, as well as a set of three votives.
